Our natural skin care products are of the highest quality, using ingredients from trusted British beekeepers and other local suppliers wherever possible. We work with a suitably certified manufacturing partner in Yorkshire producing in relatively small batches that all go through a stringent quality control process. We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item you can return it within 14 days of receipt of your order.
We will be happy to exchange your purchase for a replacement up to the value of your return or to make a refund using the same card or payment service as used when you made your purchase. We’re not able to refund any postage charges. Please make sure your return is securely packaged and please obtain a proof of postage. We cannot, unfortunately, accept responsibility for items lost in transit so please use a tracked service.
To return an item please contact us at service@beegood.co.uk and we will provide you with a free returns label.
Once your return has been received by our team it can take up to 7 working days to fulfil your request. When we’ve dealt with your return we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember that it can take 3 to 4 days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
